BOLDFISH is a social media detox app that nurtures digital wellness by blocking your social media apps. We have created a mindfulness technique to short-circuit instant gratification by first becoming aware of your urge to use social media then letting it pass.

- Blocking the Big Four: we restrict access to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter.
- Check yourself: when shutting off the block, there is a double verification so you can keep your block active.
We are about changing behavior instead of forcing a quick fix.
Note: unlike our competitors, BOLDFISH does not require Location Services to be on to track your time effectively. We do use VPN technology and User Permission to block your distractions and to safeguard your data.
